As Executive Vice President of Magna Bank, Frank Stallworth is in charge of loan production, underwriting, servicing and investor relations. Mr. Stallworth has been with Magna Bank for 10 years and has been responsible for all lending activities associated with commercial and multifamily real estate, including the placement of income property loans with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and most major life insurance companies in the U.S. In his 30 year career, Frank has served on the advisory council for Freddie Mac's Multifamily Seller/Servicer Council, was past President of the Memphis Mortgage Bankers Association and a previous Director of the Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association. He was President of Central Park Capital's Western Division, a nationwide real estate lender and joint venture partner of Goldman Sachs.

Randy Engel serves as Senior Vice President of the Commercial and Multifamily Division and is responsible for new loan production and investor relations. Mr. Engel's educational background includes an undergraduate degree in marketing from Christian Brothers University in Memphis and a graduate degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Memphis. Randy has 14 years experience as a mortgage banker and is a member of Lambda Alpha International.

Frank Crump is Senior Vice President of the Commercial & Multifamily Real Estate Lending Division. Mr. Crump is a Certified Mortgage Banker and a 35 year veteran in commercial and multifamily lending. Crump headed F.M. Crump & Company which he founded in 1981. In 2010, he joined forces with Magna. Mr. Crump is responsible for both loan production and investor relations.
Mr. Crump is a graduate of the Mortgage Bankers Association School of Mortgage Banking, and is Past President of both the Mortgage Bankers Association of Memphis and the Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association. He is also a Past President of the Memphis Chapter of Lambda Alpha International, an honorary land economics society.

Mr. Winchester, a Memphis native, graduated from the University of Mississippi where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in both real estate and managerial finance. Prior to joining Magna Bank in 2010, he served as Vice President of mortgage banking with F.M. Crump & Company.
