As a Mortgage Banker, we can offer competitive loan terms on long term, fixed rate, permanent, non-recourse loans through a network of lending relationships which include Life Insurance Companies, Q10 Capital, LLC, Freddie Mac Seller/Service and Wall Street firms. We also continue the relationship after closing as we service the loans we close.
