Returning Users:

1. Click Returning User
2. Log in with your email address and password

New Users:

1. Select New User
2. Read the My Mortgage Online System Agreement and click on I Accept the agreement.
   Continue with log in.
3. Enter:
   - Loan Number – Found on the top of your mortgage loan payment coupon
   - Primary Borrower First Name – The first name on the loan account
   - Primary Borrower Last Name – the last name on the loan account
   - Social Security Number – the primary borrower’s social security number or tax I.D. number
     with dashes in this format XXX-XX-XXXX
   - Property Zip Code – Zip Code of the property securing the loan
   - Email Address – Your email address
   - Password – Should be 6 to 10 characters long and include 3 of the following 4 character types:
     UPPERCASE letters, lowercase letters, numbers (0-9), or special characters (i.e. @, #, or $)
   - Confirm Password – Re-enter your password
   - Reminder Question – A question to remind you of your password if you forget
4. Click Submit

Congratulations! You are now a registered user. Next time, select Returning User to log on.
